I eat very little fruit, am careful with raw vegetables and don't drink juice, so was pretty much anti-smoothie until I found this one. Now it is my breakfast every day! Easy on the belly and protein packed, it'll fuel you for hours.
6 oz unsweetened fruit juice (I use sour cherry or cranberry)
1/2 cup whole fat coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 T pure vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients. Drink immediately.
If you are sensitive to cold this can be made with room temperature ingredients.
