Who’s in your top five? Yeah, you know this already. You know you are the average of the five people with whom you invest the most time/energy…well all know this. And because we all have disconnected parts we all also have a misfit in the five.
It’s not about brutally cutting that misfit off. That does not work. You can try it, and you have tried it. I know I have. Drawing that line in the sand for myself: No more escapist judgmental phone calls. No more meetups for a glass of wine that turn into a bottle. No more meanness, drama, stupid entertainment, sugar, hedonism. It all stops now! I told myself.
Doesn’t work. It’s not about brutality. If your five includes a misfit, that is a disconnected part of YOU that wants healing. The way to heal it is to raise the vibration of the other four. Then the needs of that disconnected part dissolve in your own evolution. Misfit on your team? Add a superstar.

Any conversation can change your life. For the better, or for the worse!
In times like these the world weighs on us, and it’s essential to cultivate joy. To be in full power, to give and receive in equal measure. It’s all about flow. And if you’re blocking yours, you need to up level.
Does this hit you in the feels? if yes, here is your action plan.
- Have a conversation with yourSELF where you identify your five. Find the misfit. Ask yourself, what does that relationship represent for me? What fear does it represent, or what ‘playing small’ is it about.
- Consider the opposite. Ask yourself, what would the opposite of this be like for me? This might bring up fear. The ego doesn’t want to up level, it wants same same.
- Look at the dream you’re working on and hold it in your vision. What support do you need to make it real?
- Write that down. Release it. Watch what happens next.
